Maintenance therapy in asthmatics is a challenge to medical profession. Study shows that response to inhaled steroid in asthmatic smokers is lesser than in non- smokers and 2 puffs twice a day works better than one twice a day. Team@CMHF

Although current clinical guidelines call for daily low-dose inhaled corticosteroid treatment for preschoolers who have recurrent wheezing and are at risk for developing asthma, that may not be the best course of action. -Team@CMHF
