Here is a clear list of dos to relax and overcome stress.

Connecting with your inner self and learning to relax can be of great help in beating stress.

Stress has become a much used vocabulary in modern life. We are always on the move. So, it’s essential to connect with our inner self.

1. Strike a balance: You need to take out time for activities that give you joy, happiness and an overall sense of well-being.

2. Let it go: Remember the clock is ticking even in tough times. If something’s really bothering you, find out a way to deal with it. 3. Exercise: A workout at the gym or a brisk 30-minute walk can help.

4. Make time for rest and regeneration: Listen to music, watch a movie, take walks, whatever you like doing.

5. Spending time with your loved ones can help you in beating the blues: 6. A hobby is more than just an idle pursuit to pass the time: A hobby can add much stimulation in your life.
