As high as 68% of respondents, in a survey on “Why people change doctors?” mentioned ATTITUDE of the doctor as well as how staff. On being questioned on “Why people do NOT change doctors?” said ‘doctors’ bed side manners and the way he explains things!’
Dr C H Asrani has taken the oft used term Customer Relationship Management and turned it to Patient Relationship Management – after all having a family come to you for decades is successful practice!
Most of soft skills (though never taught at medical graduation) apply more to medicos than others. One of rarer seminars where all these soft skills will be discussed with important examples and case scenarios
