ACSM answers top fitness question: how much is enough exercise?

Everyone has their own idea of fitness and exercise. A need of the day is to find a regime which everyone can follow. Exercise is the key to fitness and can prevent many lifestyle diseases.

While maintaining target heart rate, any aerobic activities for 30 minutes can take care of heart, blood pressure, cholesterol and weight. This was observed by an ACSM-certified trainer. Exercise regime should also include flexibility, balance and strength.
