Colorectal cancer is a silent disease. But, we can find it early and prevent it with adequate screening. A study found that men are at higher risk than women. Should screening guidelines need to be changed based on these findings alone? Team@CMHF

Men have breast tissue that can develop the same type of cancer. The percentage of the men treated for breast cancer is small in comparison to women. Many males are unaware about it. The risk factors are also different. Team@CMHF

Obesity is a major risk factor for heart disease, hypertension and stroke. So are high calorie diet and smoking. If these risk factors are attended than many premature cardiac deaths can be prevented. Team@ CMHF

Focus on active things to improve your health like yoga, exercise and good nutrition. Stress is the biggest killer. If one learns to deal with the stress than health will be improved for sure. Team@CMHF
