Hoarseness and chronic cough: Would you suspect reflux?

Often hoarseness of voice is misdiagnosed as pharyingitis. But here is something we need to think of.

Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease is often misdiagnosed as an upper respiratory infection or allergic rhinitis–or confused with GERD. But it could be just an Reflux Disease.
